Terms & Conditions Of Student Rental Deals:

Unlike normal domestic tv and appliance rental. There is no credit check and the minimum rental period is only 9 months to coincide with the student year. Included with the price is free installation, delivery and a same day repair service so you will not have to worry about future breakdowns or expensive repair bills. Apart from the monthly rental there is an admin fee of £20 when you open a rental account and because there is no credit check the rental company will require a refundable deposit of £35. This will be repaid only after the 9 month period of hire has been completed and only if goods have been received back in good condition and full payments have been met. The admin, deposit and first months rent are payable on delivery. The applicant must be present to sign on installation and show 2 forms of ID (pref passport to be 1) plus Student ID Card

Insurance All rental items need to be covered by home contents insurance in the event of accidental damage or theift. If the property isn't covered by contents insurance then the rental company will add there own cover at a rate of 20% of the rental value eg. washing machine without cover =£17.08 per month & washing machine with cover at 20% = £20.50 per month
